Kingspan Access Flooring for Verde SW1 Project

Kingspan Access Flooring for Verde SW1 Project

Kingspan has won a contract from Brookfield Multiplex to install over 27,000 sq m of floor panels as part of the Verde SW1 project to redevelop Eland House, the former Department for Communities & Local Government building, near Victoria Station, London. Installation of the RMG 600 panels in all floors of the 59m high, 10 storey building is scheduled to begin in September, with completion due April 2016.

The development will provide approx. 282,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, a dramatic triple height reception and include six large roof gardens offering approx. 20,000 sq ft of outdoor space with panoramic views of Buckingham Palace, the Royal Parks and the West End.

The building will have multiple entrances, with elevations fronting Warwick Row to the West, Cathedral Walk to the East and Westminster Theatre to the North.
