Rhodaus Town is a student accommodation development comprising of 432 bedrooms in Canterbury, now known as Petros Court it lies behind the Christ Church University Library and student services building.
The building covered 3 floors and the façade surface area was 1,500m2 using Trespa, Mateon panel fixed in a diagonal pattern. The subframe was the RJ Facades EVT system with custom extruded top hats designed to span 1.2m, the panels were then structurally bonded to the top hat using Dow 896 to create a secret fix appearance.
