THERM+ GEP and THERM+ CHP are high-quality, modular twin-wall pre-insulated exhaust chimneys designed specifically for generators and Combined Heating & Power (CHP) appliances respectively.

The continuously welded liner and outer casing ensure a pressure-resistant joint suitable for applications up to 5000 Pa positive pressure at 600°C flue gas temperature for THERM+ GEP and 200°C for THERM+ CHP.

THERM+ GEP

Available with 50mm or 100mm insulation, THERM+GEP is tailored for standby diesel and gas fuel generators. It includes a range of standard accessories, ensuring adaptability to various applications and environments.

Optimising thermal performance for maximum exhaust efficiency, THERM+ GEP guarantees controlled surface temperature, ensuring personnel safety. The push-fit system eliminates thermal bridges at connections, and the joint seal eliminates the need for expansion bellows

THERM+ GEP is available in 6 diameters (Ø150 to Ø400mm).

THERM+ CHP

Complete with 25mm insulation, THERM+CHP is designed for CHP appliances. Special accessories with anti-vibration pads prevent vibration transmission to the attaching surface.

Optimisation includes eliminating thermal bridge issues and enabling the free expansion of the internal flue liner.

THERM+ CHP is available in 8 diameters (from Ø80 up to Ø300mm).

Both systems offer quick and easy installation with simple push-fit joints, secured with a quick-action toggle clip Locking Band. A range of specially designed components such as wall brackets, explosion-proof tees (protection against implosion and explosion), expansion joints and offer flexibility and adaptability whatever the installation

Both modular systems can be installed quickly with very few restrictions on geographical site locations.
